1. The service

TrustCraft(“we”) operates an online marketplace connecting homeowners with vetted home-improvement contractors. We are not a party to the contract between homeowner and contractor; we facilitate discovery, bidding, booking, and review.

2. Contractor vetting

Contractors agree to undergo license verification, insurance verification, identity check, and a criminal background check before being listed. Contractors must keep these records current and notify us within 7 days of any material change.

3. Verified reviews

Reviews may be left only by homeowners who completed a booking through TrustCraft. Reviews must be truthful. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate this section.

4. Limitation of liability

TrustCraftprovides the marketplace “as is” and does not guarantee the quality of any contractor's work. Vetting reduces risk; it does not eliminate it.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, posts misleading information, or harms other users.
